These terms cover Sumflare and this website, provided by iTechAI Pte. Ltd., Singapore. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you are not old enough to agree to terms in your country, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you.

Playing Sumflare

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Sumflare is a number-merging game for entertainment; it does not promise educational results. Use the game and website lawfully and do not interfere with their operation, security or other people's rights.

Scores, saves and challenges

Progress and preferences are stored locally. We do not provide account-based recovery or cross-device synchronisation. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove your progress.

A shared challenge is a score target supplied in a link. It is not a verified leaderboard entry, a shared game board, a prize competition or a live multiplayer match.

Our work and your sharing

The game, name, code, artwork and website content are owned by or licensed to iTechAI Pte. Ltd. You may share game links and screenshots of your play for personal, non-commercial purposes. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying game or artwork.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Sumflare working well, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or permanent retention of local saves. We may update the game, website and these terms. Store availability and features may differ by platform and version.

Third-party services

App stores, device services and sharing destinations have their own terms. Applicable store terms also govern downloading and using the app through that store.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the game and website are provided as available without guarantees that they will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not exclude responsibility where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

Singapore law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections and rights that apply where you live. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction except where applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
